Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

Welcome to Sea Project ("Sea Project", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our service you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

Sea Project helps ship chandlers and agents identify vessels arriving at ports, resolve the managing company or agent, and send personalised outreach email from the user's own connected mailbox. Data is sourced from public maritime registries and third-party providers and may not always be current or accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. New accounts may require approval before full access is granted.

3. Acceptable use of outreach

You are solely responsible for the content of every message sent through your connected mailbox and for complying with all applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR and India's DPDP Act) in the jurisdictions you contact. You must not use Sea Project to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or bulk unsolicited email. You approve outreach before it is sent.

4. Credits & billing

Certain features (such as contact reveals) are metered in credits. Credits are consumed only on a successful action. Paid plans, where offered, are billed as described on the Pricing page.

5. No warranty

The service and all data are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee vessel arrivals, contact accuracy, deliverability, or any business outcome.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sea Project is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
